Question for the artist?

Artist's description:

This painting is done on canvas sheet using artist grade acrylic paints and inks. It comes with cardboard backing in a sleeve and can be framed per your desire.

The word Buddha means "the enlightened one." Buddha is also used as a title for the first awakened being in an era. In most Buddhist traditions, Siddhartha Gautama is regarded as the Supreme Buddha. The Buddha never claimed to be God. He said that in a world of unavoidable pain and suffering, he had found a serenity which others could find too. In our own bewildering times of violent change and spiritual confusion, his teachings have particular relevance.”
