Girls and horses... This 20 x 16 charcoal painting depicts a young woman atop her beloved paint horse. The horse is wearing a traditional Spanish 'Filigrana' bridle with a horsehair mosquero and mecate reins.
The painting is done on 1 1/2" cradled hardboard. The sides are finished in black so it can be displayed without a frame. The piece is also coated in 6 layers of matte varnish to protect it.
