Artist's description:

Roland von Bremen is a statue erected in Bremen‘s city in 1404, showing the old knight who brought freedom and independence to the hanseatic city. It is explained with the writing „Fryheit do ik Ju openbor“, which is in northern German dialect „Freedom here I give to You“.
The print was made in 4 layers from the same block including some metallic gold colour and printed in an edition of 10.
