I love the random quality that the art of ''spinning'' a painting allows me. No matter how hard I try, it is impossible to exactly replicate these amazing creations. It is possibly one of the most relaxing and mesmerising experiences, AND so much fun.
Some are energetic and full of movement, whilst others ooze a gentle calm and serenity.
The larger energetic pieces take an incredible amount of 'spin power' to create the fantastic starlike shapes. This can only be achieved through the use of a high powered spinning machine, and the skill of knowing where and how to place the paint. Unlike the original Spin Master Alfons Shillings, I deliberately control the placement of the paint, and then let the machine do the random bit; waiting with abated breath for the result.
A blue and white palette for a sophisticated contemporary feel.
Please note that I make every effort to accurately depict the colours in my paintings, however due to different monitor settings, you may notice a slight difference to the actual piece on receiving it.
This listing is for one painting only. I have shown it alongside Blue I to depict how fabulous they look together.
Gallery wrapped canvas with deep 4cm sides. The painting continues around the sides, so there is no need for additional framing.
In-Situ images are not necessarily to scale and are intended for illustration purposes only. Please refer to actual dimension for accurate sizing.
Certificate of Authenticity accompanies the artwork. The painting is signed on the front and signed, dated and named on the back.
