Original artwork description:

Blooming again along the coast, a panoramic view painted on a 6 foot long canvas on a 2inch deep sturdy frame. A real splash of colour and texture with a turquoise sea behind. I love the sea and coastal areas as I was brought up for a time in an old sea captains house on the coast of West Wales. My father decided to build a boat...well a 24 ft yacht to be exact, from scratch and I remember sitting inside the wooden frame of the hull he'd built thinking I'd been swallowed by a whale!! We spent years building it and then moved in land a bit so we didn't get to sail it but it did kick start my love of adventure and the sea of course.
I've painted this with acrylic paint and used brushes and palette knife.
This is a heavy canvas as I've built the frame myself. This piece is sold now but feel free to inquire about a unique painting just for you.

Materials used:

palette knife, acrylic paint, brushes, bottles, varnish
