Artwork description:

It's not often that a photographer gets a model with beautiful body, perfect features and blonde hair to rival Rapunzel all in one package. Debra Jo Fondren was one such package. But, with some shots it became a battle between showing her or letting her fascinating cascade of hair BE the picture like it was for Hooper's June 1978 Playmate of the Year cover of her.

The natural warm springs of Nevada's Desert Oasis was the perfect spot for Debra Jo to turn water nymph and become part of the natural flow. Just 50 miles outside of Las Vegas, the oasis became the background for much of her picture story in the magazine although this photograph has never been published anywhere.

This 11x17 print will fit a standard frame. It is made from the original negatives, which were scanned high resolution into the digital world and converted with laser light onto real archival photographic paper with a lustre finish. This print will last a lifetime or more. No watermark will appear on your print. It will be signed and numbered on the back.

Materials used:

Kodachrome 35mm film, hi-res digital scan, archival photographic paper
