Original artwork description:

Berg en Dal – 17-05-19

This time I wanted to experiment with cubistic planes again, trying out a forest scene at Berg en Dal, Gelderland, Nederland without one hour. In fact it is a section on the N70 route – a legendary trail that lingers through Netherlands’ finest valleys, stacked with hills and vista points. In the drawing my dad Henk is walking ahead of me, inspecting some timber that was left in the woods.

Graphite pencil drawing (Pentel 0.5 mm, 3B) on Winsor & Newton paper (10.5 x 14.8 x 0.1 cm – A6 format)
Artist: Corné Akkers

Materials used:

Graphite pencil drawing (Pentel 0.5 mm, 3B) on Canson Bristol paper (14.8 x 10.5 cm - A6 format)
