Artist's description:

This is a framed graphite drawing developed from a photograph that I took while travelling through a small village in the backwaters of Kerala, India. This woman had a beautiful, humbling, benevolent presence and I couldn't wait to return home to try and capture her in an artwork. The work comes ready to hang in a stunning bespoke, ornate black frame with brushed silver detail. The glazing is shatter proof crystal clear acrylic, which is 20% clearer than glass.

Materials used:

Graphite, paper
