Question for the artist?

Artist's description:

The Belle Isle Casino is not a gambling casino, but rather uses the old sense of the word, a place for "public entertainments." It has known several years of neglect, but has been restored (along with most of Detroit's famous park) to it's former glory. Detroit’s local watch brand, Shinola, has now gifted Belle Isle with a clock which was inspired by the city clocks that were popular fixtures on sidewalks of American cities in the late 1800s.

This black and white photograph has been printed on metallic photo paper for a subtle glow.
