Artwork description:

The title of the work seems like a wish, but it could be easily received as an encouragement. Luck, and the potential happiness that comes as a consequence, require a great amount of continuous effort. Even though a large percentage of our life might be affected by randomness, where and when the various random events will happen is something controlled by us. In this artwork, a random dice spins at random time intervals, to a random angle, towards a random direction These many factors of randomness create a feeling of surprise, expectation and excitement.

After long research and experimentation, I have made my animated paintings amazingly quiet. The sound of the flat dice when rotating is practically unnoticeable, so your guests can be surprised by the sudden movements, virtually in silence.
The mechanics and electronics have very minimal wear so the work can be running smoothly for years, without requiring maintenance.

The work has two large holes at the back, which make it very easy to hang on the wall using two screws or strong nails.

The package includes:
-The artwork.
-AC to DC power adaptor (UK plug can be included). Specifications: 220V-240V AC to 12V - 2A DC.
-Hooks for mounting on the wall.
-Manual.

This is an edition of 8 pieces, made to order. Please allow 10 days for the work to be shipped.

I will be happy to answer any of your questions!

All the best,
George Koutsouris
