Awakening of the Day (2026) Original Oil Painting by Boris Serdyuk

AAA6905
Oil on cardboard Awakening of the Day captures a tranquil riverside landscape at the first light of morning. A small boat rests near the shore while calm water reflects the delicate colors of the sky. Across the river, a dark line of trees and distant architecture creates a peaceful horizon, bringing depth and a subtle human presence to the natural scenery.

The artist uses expressive impasto and confident brushwork to transform the morning landscape into a richly textured composition. Soft pink, blue, turquoise, green, and golden tones create an atmospheric contrast between water, sky, vegetation, and shore. Thick layers of oil give the surface remarkable energy, while reflections and changing light convey the freshness and serenity of dawn.

This original oil on cardboard artwork combines landscape, river, boat, water, morning, dawn, reflections, sky, trees, shore, nature, impasto, texture, and light. Awakening of the Day celebrates the quiet beauty of nature coming to life and offers an expressive interpretation of a peaceful moment beside the river.
