There is no way to verbalize how Escobar's music moves me. You just have to see it. I worked to catch the intensity in his face and the movement of his bow. Finding geometric shapes in everything is essential to my study of natural things. Art and music just flow together.
This drawing was created with graphite pencils and watercolor paints on art paper mounted to a wood panel. It is finished with two coats of archival satin varnish providing a contemporary allure in a format that is ready to hang. No glass or glare separates you from the image.
