Artist's description:

This is a sizable picture, with colored bands and stripes laid across an indigo surface: a linen cloth bonded to plasterboard. Like many of my designs, it represents a tree structure with animals living in and around it. Maybe Eve is there somewhere. Maybe we're all there somewhere. A certain amount of zigs and zags, set against curves gives it a sort of energy. It took a long time to get the balance of colours as I wanted.
