Original artwork description:

Arguably, one of the best beginning movie scenes ever made. This is the first scene and "shot" of "The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly"(Leone, 1966) almost every frame of the 2.5 hours... a compositional masterpiece. Most American actors didn't want to touch the "inferior" Italian westerns of the time. Big mistake... watch what you turn down.

This is one I've wanted to paint for as long as I can remember. One of the few that I'll hang in my office.
