Have you ever noticed how when buildings are wet the colour is so much more intense.
I was lucky to miss the rain and lucky enough to catch the full impact of the wet limestone. The fact that the stone that built most of London was quarried close to where I live probably has something to do with my love of the architecture. Painted in a impressionistic, pop art style with a limited colour palette.
Acrylic on box canvas with fully painted edges so no frame required. Protected with polymer satin varnish. It is supplied ready to hang, fitted with ‘D’ rings and picture cord.
