This painting is inspired by a view in the Scottish Highlands. We were doing the North Coast 500 and came across a stone cottage which had long been abandoned. The setting was beautiful on the day we visited with blue skies and the colours of Autumn still shining through, but there was little else around and the elements had not been kind to the little house.
The painting is supplied already to hang in a white wooden float frame.
