Artist's description:

My daily today is a rough interpretation of a 1929 postcard showing an area of Milan as it was back then. The road is called Largo Cesare Correnti and today it is a very busy street in the city centre. Milan used to be rather like Venice with merchants travelling along the canals. Although a few remain today, the canals have mostly been built over.

Acrylic on canvas panel.
