An original, unique acrylic monoprint/monotype, matt varnished, expressing the colour sensibility of the artist and keen sense of observation. My love of lochs (lakes) and mountains compelled me to create a monoprint of this famous loch. I think it conveys the contradiction of this normally calm, freshwater lake with the excitement of sailing on an unpredictable evening.
Inspired by sketches, photosketches and memories of the Highlands of Scotland, this one-of-a-kind monoprint/monotype will give the Artfinder collector as much pleasure as Fraser had in creating this artwork.
