The painting depicts an Indian woman in a deep plum-colored sari looking directly at the viewer with her kind eyes. When I saw this woman, I immediately thought that this is a real image of a loving and merciful person. This fact was reflected in her eyes and her whole appearance. There was so much maternal warmth and love in her image that I wanted to draw her. Just because kindness is very beautiful!
Since the picture was painted in India, I bought the canvas and stretcher at the market, and not in the store. Therefore, when buying a painting, you have a chance to touch the real Indian aesthetics - despite the seeming unpretentiousness of the materials, the painting is stretched on a stretcher and executed perfectly.
The painting is covered with acrylic-styrene art varnish, resistant to fading and easy to care for.
The painting will be shipped carefully packed in a tube or box (on request)* with all necessary paperwork. Shipping will be by FedEx or DHL. Please note that additional fees may apply for obtaining artwork from your country or state customs.
*If you want to get the painting on a stretcher, that is also possible. Please note that this may increase the shipping cost by approximately two to three times.
