Thanks to the layering technique, the work on this oil painting took several weeks. The painting was then left to dry for several weeks.

Ivan Gejko's works are an attempt to visualize his own thoughts, feelings, and observations using various symbols, allusions, associations, and metaphors. The goal of this work is to create a reflection of reality through personal investigation in a kind of narrative. I believe that every object, color, event, or feeling that surrounds us possesses a symbolic power that evokes a series of personal associations, can be combined into a kind of language, and thus creates a dramaturgy.
