Original artwork description:
I started this piece with happy music playing as I laid down more colorful base layers. I slowly added in some darker colors, along with an area of straight black. Then more colorful areas. The text written throughout the process reflects my mood at specific moments during the process.
This is a mixed media piece with layers of toilet paper, acrylic, oil sticks and pastels creating a nicely textured area along the middle.
