The Artfinder team is committed to helping you own amazing affordable art that you love so we want you to be entirely happy with your order.

We offer every customer a 14 day no risk money back guarantee on your order and we will arrange the collection of any artwork you purchase from us at no cost to you.

If your print is damaged and you want a replacement

Artfinder works hard with its partners to ensure that every print is sent to you in perfect condition but occasionally we know that things can get lost or damaged.

We ask every customer to inspect their artwork on arrival to check for any flaws in the print or frame so please keep all of the original packaging and authenticity certificates until you are happy that you are going to keep the print. We cannot accept prints back unless they are in their original packaging.

In the unlikely event that there is a problem, please email photos of the damage to help@artfinder.com quoting your order number and using the subject line ‘Damaged Print’ and state whether you are seeking a replacement or a refund.

We will arrange a courier to pick up your re-packaged print and will then email you with the details of when the pick-up will occur.

Please print out the returns label from the email we send to you and hand it to your courier or affix it to the side of your package. Note that our courier will make one attempt to pick up your package, after which it will be your responsibility and cost to return the package to the address that we provide in the email.

If you have requested a refund, we will credit your original payment mechanism within 3 days of confirmation of receiving your returned print.

Alternatively, if you have requested a replacement then we will ship you your new print as soon as we have confirmed receipt of the original print. Transit times will be the same as detailed in your original order.

Please note that the majority of our prints are limited editions and their stock is restricted in number. Whilst we do everything we can to issue you with a replacement, occasionally the print edition will have run out. In this situation, we can offer you a full refund or store credit note so that you can choose another piece of art.

Refunds

If your decide that your print is not for you for any reason, then simply email us at help@artfinder.com with your order number stating that you would like to return your print for a full refund and we will arrange for a courier to pick up your order at no cost to you.
