The Music Carries On (2026) Original Acrylic Painting by Samantha Malone

"The Music Carries On" is an original acrylic painting on heavyweight artist paper. Layered color, bold graphic forms and repeated marks create a sense of movement, and rhythm, with a composition that feels as though it is continually shifting and dancing across the surface.

The title reflects the feeling that, no matter what is happening around us, life continues. The rhythm changes, the steps change, but somehow the music carries on.
