  • Biography

I'm an American artist and best known for my single line style of art. In most of my paintings, I use a single continuous line to make up the whole finished artwork. The line twists and turns and sometimes changes in color and thickness, but never crosses over itself. My works are colorful and bright and generally focus on things I find beautiful and positive.  I want to offer a rest and refuge from the stresses of the world and give my viewer something uplifting to look at and think of for a while.

I began painting in my single line style at 19 years of age.  I'm a puzzle oriented sort of person, so right off I loved the challenge the style gave me and also the meditative feel from the repetition of the linework.  Vincent Van Gogh and Chuck Close are artistic influences and inspiration to me.

I was born and raised in Mesa, Arizona and currently live in my hometown.  My husband Bruce Cormier, is also an artist and is well known for his live spraypaint art performances. We are parents of 4 children who are still at home and live a quite busy and hectic life.  We love it and wouldn't have it any other way.
