Lovely painting with a personalised card which was an extra lovely touch from Viktoriya, thank you so much. I only gave 4 stars for packaging as one corner of the painting was bent (bought unframed) and packaging could have been more robust. Delivery was extremely prompt.

Jacqui, thank you so much for your great review). I will think how to make more robust package for sending unframed watercolours and I am very sorry painting was bent. I am always packing paintings on paper between cardboards and they were arriving safe. Thank you for letting me know that even this packaging is not good enough so I can improve it. I'm so delighted with my painting and it has been lovely dealing with Viktoriya who was extremely helpful. Victory kindly sent a gift card painted by her as a thank you which I found to be very generous on her behalf. I can't recommend her highly enough, I hope she continues to be very successful through Artfinder.
