About vicky watkins

  • Biography
    Hi everyone,

I've always loved doing portraits, not only are they challenging to paint but they're fascinating to look at as well. Before i started doing portraits i painted landscapes, a lot of them i painted in Australia. When i came to the UK i decided i was going to make a change and do something else, that's when i started doing animal portraits. Eventually i moved onto people portraits and have spent the last couple of years practicing and perfecting my technique. All my portraits are in acrylic, i find it's more flexible to use.
