I have my own art gallery come work shop in Broadstairs Kent where I sell my work and a few other local artists work. I do nearly all my paintings there, its called The Little Art Gallery and you can find me there most of the time. I have been there painting and selling work for 19 years and although its not an easy living its what I love to do. I was asked to go on the BBC1 program ‘Home is Where the Art is’ it was aired in July 2020. Spoiler alert, I didn’t win on the program, but I got the commission from the customers before filming was finished👌And I  made some great friends😀
I generally paint commissions of the surrounding area or peoples pets. When I get the time to paint for myself (rarely) I like painting something a bit different and experimenting using colour and space on large canvases with various mediums. This isn't easy as the Gallery is tiny, hence the name, The Little Art Gallery BROADSTAIRS.
I teach water colours in private classes for adults held in Broadstairs. I hold art weekends for beginners and intermediates, teaching watercolours at The Flackley Ash Hotel in Rye. And I take around 20 students per holiday to Greece, we do this 4 times a year, a week at a time.
And lastly I had my first painting published in 2017, I have now had another 3 published since then and although the royalties are only pennies, its nice to see your work in a high street shop.

When buying from an artist you are buying more then just a painting, you are buying hundreds of hours of failure and experimentation, You are buying days, weeks, months of hard work, dedication and moments of pure joy. You are buying a piece of an artist's heart, their soul and a moment in their life. More importantly you are providing an artist a chance to keep doing what they are passionate about.
