Esto fue realmente una epopeya en términos de cuánto tiempo se mantuvo en las costumbres españolas. Lamento mucho que esto le haya sucedido a tu pintura, al mismo tiempo me siento aliviado de que finalmente haya llegado.

Como te mencioné en mi mensaje, es posible que los colores al óleo se oscurezcan debido a su tiempo extendido en el paquete. Unos días de luz brillante deberían devolverles su brillo original. Le enviaría un enlace a la investigación sobre esto, pero no se me permite hacerlo aquí. Si está interesado, puede ir al sitio web oficial de Gamblin Colors y leer el artículo "Almacenamiento de pinturas al óleo". Incluye una sección sobre el efecto de la luz en los colores al óleo, incluido el efecto de oscurecimiento del almacenamiento prolongado en la oscuridad y la notación de que después de unos días con luz brillante, los colores volverán a su brillo original.

Valerie was so nice and quick to reply even when it was late at night. I really love the colours she uses because they add dimensions to any space and your imagination is the limit in interpreting them. The package came thoughtfully wrapped and the paintings were well preserved.

Great experience. I was a first time customer and not sure what to expect. I placed my order and very quickly received confirmation from the artists plus a quick note that shipping would be a bit delayed because she was going to reglaze the painting (or something like that - the imp part was the communication was thorough and timely). The delay was not long and I received an email when it did ship. The painting was expertly packed in several layers and when it arrived it was exactly as described but more beautiful in person.
I love the pop of color in my bedroom and being able to have something original and striking to look on when I wake.
