The picture arrived very quickly and beautifully packed. I am really pleased with it - I liked it online but it is so much better in real life!

Hi Jennifer, I’m so sorry that your not totally happy with your painting. Please be aware that you can return the painting to Artfinder for a full refund, I will be happy to accept the painting back. I hope that helps. I am surprised that you were unhappy with my communication, packaging and delivery. I kept you informed all along, my courier tried to call you on delivery from the reception area with no response so left you a text message. As it was a private courier I did not package it as heavily as I normally would as there was no chance of damage, but it was more than adequate to keep the painting safe.

I initially received the wrong piece, but upon notification Tateh went out of her way to make sure the correct art was delivered in a timely manner. It was given as a gift, and the recipient loved the cow.

Beautiful watercolor, as advertised. On rolling the painting for packing, the left upper corner of the painting was bent, though it is improving once in a frame.
