About Tamy Moldavsky Azarov

  • Biography
    Hi I'm Tamy

I'm a graphic designer, I love painting, singing and dancing. I love my beautiful family (my husband and son) and we love to travel, hike, enjoy nature as well as culture and good restaurants :)

I was born in Moldova. My parents brought me to Israel as a little girl of six years with the emigration of the eighties. And I began to draw the world, as it showed itself to the child – in contrasting colors and without any limits. Later on, I started to learn how to draw from Arcadi Korol. I studied painting under Edouard Grossman, an artist famous abroad and one of the artists in greatest demand in Israel. This Master became my point of reference in the fine arts. In 2006 I took part in a collective exposition "Castro" after which many collectors and galleries became interested in my work.

"My abstract works are interpretations of my feelings for the world. It's about expression and movement. I often combine several mediums, including oil, acrylic and work on canvas or paper. The paintings are constructed in an intuitive manner in the tradition of post-modern expressionism. I start first by introducing color, shapes and line, and respond to their development. The work pushes and pulls itself to completion. The paintings present as abstract shapes, lines and colors that suddenly comprise a recognizable figure or group of figures."

My paintings are sold worldwide and I thank my clients for giving the options to do what I love!
