    We all come from different countries, and it's wonderful that art connect us together. My name is Iryna Makovska. I was born and grow up in Ukraine. Now I live in Italy. I am an artist. I work with softpastels and oil. I find beauty in the ordinary moments of life, so cities with their inhabitants, nature, everything that surrounds and inspires can be the theme of my work. One of my favorite themes is Venice. There are almost always people in my paintings. Kindness, comfort and tranquility - this is what we all need. I try to convey a piece of this harmony through my paintings and bring it into the lives of the people who buy them.
