  • Biography

    Presently, the landscape of North Wales informs my paintings, painted in oil on canvas.

    I have a BA (Hons) Fine Art at Bangor University, North Wales and wond the Dr Barbara Saunderson Memorial Prize for Fine Art.  

    Influences:

    Samuel Palmer (1805 – 1881) - Shoreham landscapes.

    Paul Nash (1889 – 1946) Wittenham Clumps landscapes.

    John Piper’s paintings in the North Wales Ogwen Valley, where I live, painted between 1943 – 1950.
