I have given this seller an overall rating of 5 stars for a number of reasons. Firstly, I'd like to say that the artwork looks even better in real life than when viewed the website. The colours are vibrant and attention to detail is wonderful. We have the piece hanging so that it is the first thing we see when we walk into our home, and I can say that it is always a very warm welcome from Lisette. The artwork made a long journey to China, on the way the box was not treated with the necessary care it deserved. Although the box was damaged, the painting inside was in perfect order. I can say that this was without a doubt due to the meticulous care and attention given to the packaging process before it was sent. I am extremely happy about how it was packaged as it protected the painting extremely well. I provided a 3 star rating for the postage part of this review because the local post office service used for delivery was extremely slow and for the most part it was unclear where the package was or when it would arrive. This was a worrying process, as we assumed that the painting was lost and would not arrive at all. Fortunately, the seller was in continual contact about the delivery and worked tirelessly to find out as much information as they could, as quickly as possible which really helped. Through our discussion we confirmed a variety of alternative shipping options for any future purchases which would hopefully prevent this from happening again. Overall, I am an extremely satisfied buyer and can highly recommend this artist.
