About Rachel Dobbs

  • Biography
The loss of a loved one sparked my passion for art and kept me sane. My painting was born out of an Art Therapy night in 2012, helping me with losing Rem a family member to suicide. My passion cars and dogs, many of these are commissions..so for that present thats eluding you, that hard to buy for person send me a photo of their favourite pooch or truck and away we go !!
I work with Acrylics and generally apply my paint with kebab sticks giving the finished effect a slightly abstract dimension.
I am turning this devastating event into a positive and through my art work support a charity for people in suicidal crisis .uk and have now raised over £1,000 on my justgiving page  with at least 1/3rd from the sales of all my paintings and at least £10 from each print sold, supporting them. Sadly too many people fall through the cracks !!

Most of my paintings are avilable in limited edition print , please contact me.
