When I first saw this painting online I was intrigued by the emotion in it. When it arrived (quite quickly I must say) I was taken aback by its intensity. Mr. Gaskin, the artist, is clearly a very talented man with the capacity to transmit his feelings through his works. Thank you so much Mr. Gaskin.

Once again I'm very happy with this art, I'm also a keen reader of Virgina Woolf and so felt an instant connection. It seems odd the quote " you can not find peace by avoiding life" considering her suffering and sad circumstances when she passed. But I guess generally the quote is so true. I love the gentleness of her face and particularly her eyes. Great picture! Thank you
