    I have been accepted to sell at the Cheshire Print Fair on 9th April 2022. This is a brilliant event with over 30 printmakers and it takes place in the magnificent setting of Chester Cathedral.

    Gavin Fifield’s life-sized bronze of a Welsh Black bull stands alongside the Wye in Builth Wells. The photo shows my design transferred to the linoleum block ready for the first round of cutting. I am still undecided over the exact colour way so a bit more thought and some testing is needed I think.

    This is a reduction linocut of the statue of the Red Kite in the centre of Llanwrtyd Wells. There are two metallic inks to go to finish this work - a shimmering pewter on the kite and then maybe some gold for the eye.

    Pembroke Castle - complete!

    Pembroke Castle - complete!

    I printed the last colour this morning and the prints are now drying on the rack. They will be available in a few days once they have dried and have been editioned. Reduction linocut (image 10x10cm) in Hawthorn Printmakers’ inks on Fabriano Tiepolo 135gsm, 100% cotton paper. As with the others in this series, they will be available for a very reasonable £30.
