    Colour And Light

These are the first things I notice about any subject which makes me want to paint it. Colour and light have a complex relationship.

Colour and light are one and the same. We see colour because of light falling on objects. Objects reflect light and colour depending on their chemistry. But light itself is made of different colours.

I use paint to describe and interpret my reaction to light and colour and how they paint paint the environment around me. So my work is eclectic in its diversity of subject and genre.

I don't have a specific subject or theme that I stick to, although many artists do. My work is diverse in nature and content. This I find very inspiring and never lack projects to work on.
