I took the painting out of the packaging and it fell apart. The inside of the frame is broken where the nails were hammered into it because the nails were too big and did not go deep enough into the wood of the frame.

Hi Joey Sorry for the broken frame. It looked so solid when I packed it. Probably something heavy was put on the package during the shipment. Please advice me if you want an insurance claim to be made. I paid $ 41.61 for the shipment which includes tracking and also insurance coverage of $100.00 I will do my best it will never happen again. With best wishes Mikhail Nikitsenka
