Mike was very kind and genuinely pleased that I had bought his artwork. I am very pleased with the piece. I love still life and I love the slightly surreal twist to Mike's work. Very happy indeed.

Hi Larry, thank you so much for this it is much appreciated. I wonder if I could ask your advice on something? A man in the States wants to buy some of my artwork. He doesn't want to pay by credit card or paypal, but wants to send a cheque to an 'affiliate' over there - I presume a friend. Are you aware of any scams that operate in this way in the States because it is worrying me. I've never come across anything like this before. I may be just being suspicious. Please don't worry if you can't answer this I'll try elsewhere, it was really just whether, as an art buyer, you may have heard about this sort of thing

Thank you so much for this. We artists don't always get feedback and it is really appreciated when we do. I hope the picture brings you as much pleasure as I had painting it - I really enjoyed working on this one in particular because the composition was great as was the dog. I've been trying to photograph a terrier in the hands of a small girl for a commission today. It took us all afternoon and even then I will have to use two separate pictures and join them up. Never work with animals and children, particularly together! Mike

I'm enjoying owning this painting immensely. It arrived very carefully packaged and looked exactly as depicted online. Mike replied to my rather impatient query about the delivery date (a final coat of varnish had been added) very promptly.

Mikes painting are superb. The attention to detail on his still life is excellent. We bought 3 at the same time as a present to ourselves. I dont think you can find this quality for this amount of money any where else.
