    Sand Blasting cabin.

    I have invested in both a sand blasting cabin and a portable blasting unit for large rock, along with a big air compressor, so that I can blast all types of stone after they have gone through the polishing stage. I then add a thick rubber blast mat that shapes of animals / signs / wording Etc have been cut out by a computer controlled stencil cutter. After blasting the mat can be left on until the area blasted is painted or Cold Cast has been added, then the mat is removed and the outer area is polished again.

    I have a large diamond tip stone saw that will cut through large Rocks, slabs of Granite and marble in no time. These can then be shaped with power grinders and a wet / dry hand polishing machine.
