  • Biography

    FEILA
I was born on 30 June 1995 in Thonon-les-Bains in Haute-Savoie. After starting my career in mountain tourism, I settled in Champagne-Ardennes and founded my company as an artist: l'Atelier Trait pour Trait.
2020 has caught me at a turning point in my personal and professional life as I embark on the realisation of my greatest dream: to live from my art.
As an "anti-gaspi" activist, I decided to create works on recycled materials, the fruit of my findings or generous donations. Eternal lover of animals, I specialize in animal portraits even if I sometimes like to paint human beings!
Each support is carefully prepared, cleaned, sanded, nailed or even moulded if necessary. The frames and fasteners are manufactured by us to ensure the robustness of the work over time.
It is because I love the Planet and have always felt closer to animals than humans that it is important for me to paint on recycled materials into works of art.
I see beauty in what is damaged, neglected and my works are a metaphor for my vision of life.
