About Kris Mercer

  • Biography
I just love art and I hope that comes out in all of my paintings, drawings and prints.
I am so happy to do this work as my day job.

I have been lucky enough to win a few awards this year both in Great Britain and the USA and get gallery representation with an up and coming gallery on the commuter belt.

The artists that inspire me the most would have to be, in no particular order, David Hockney, Georgia O'Keefe, Howard Hodgkin and Kandinsky.

    BIO
A motivated and passionate artist with the ability to use contemporary art skills Kris has an eclectic approach to subject matter and loves to switch between figurative and abstract. She can be found using oils, acrylics or printing inks on paper or canvas as well as advanced digital technology.

Also a published photographer she sometimes uses her photographs to produce mixed media and digital paintings.
