  • Biography
    My art journey began when my grandparents gave me a set of oil pastels. I love where art has taken me ...from the Southwest United States, with its thousands of years of First Nations Art to the Uffizi in Florence frozen in awe at Michelangelo's Doni Tondo. Viewing Rothko's Chapel paintings led me in an abstract direction and my love of horses and all animals brings me back to realism. Currently focusing on the human form which is the most challenging, but there is no comfort in the growth zone.
