When I bought this picture I was aware that Dorneisha was in the US, but had not appreciated the issues that sending it across the Atlantic might cause! The picture was held by cutoms and excise pending a payment of £18. I was not aware of this but Dorneisha was informed and she let me know. The invoice took 13 days to arrive to me by which time Dorneisha (after much apologising - though it was not her fault) had managed to pay, and my picture finally arrived! It was worth the wait - a beautiful picture in yellows, black and white, appositely titled. It looks great on my dark grey wall, illuminated by a picture light. Dorneisha was clearly frustrated by the process of getting the picture to me and I think we would now both be much more aware of the additional cost and bureaucracy involved in sending pictures between the US and EU, however I would not be put off if, as in this case, the picture was one that I really wanted.
