    Here I'm dealing with tonal values of white and grey, how to make these more interesting and colourful. Also the placement of various tones to draw attention to focal point and away from the edges. This was another really hot venue and I had to be set up in front of the radiator for the club's AV equipment!

    This is my studio, set up for a weekend workshop. You can see behind the student easels, the drafting table I use as my own easel . Beyond that you can catch a glimpse of the back garden. I love my studio.

    Art Extravaganza workshop near Wrexham

    This was in a small room, so hot, the paint was drying almost before I could get it on the board. Dave, my glamorous assistant for the day, was tasked with going round all the students, spraying their pallets to keep them from drying up. Despite that, I think everyone did a very good job with their own snow leopards and were pleased with their results,. I gave them their sheets of paint to take home so they could continue at home too.
