Biography
After a motorbike crash i broke my back and several fractures i also ruptured two discs so while convalescing i started to paint in my bright naive style you see today
Many artists may paint a mountain a lake and a bridge but no people
I paint wot you would normally see
There is more to my paintings than you may think
So why don’t you Take a walk through the Lake District and imagine that you are now in one of my paintings.
Be amazed at the activity you see from Para gliders to picnickers on the river or lake shore but there’s more Take a little time and count the many Sheep on the Fells or even in the Towns Count the Sheep with the red markings, the one with the blue mark and not forgetting the lone black lamb but you have to find him first Count the people walking, talking and holding hands while some may be on their phone Can you see the dog walkers, and children playing?
Look out for the mountain bikers wizing pass but there is always one that’s left behind Can you see the Red Robin and or Squirrel high in the trees or just relaxing on a nearby wall? Count the Black birds and Gulls that fly way over head maybe a little too close to the mountain rescue helicopter You are almost likely to get a different count each time as you look into the painting Now who’s holding the traffic up is it the local farmer on his tractor or a tourist in their caravan maybe the sat-nave has led them down a one way street.
Can you see my two Husky’s Khan and Cianna and don’t forget my signature it’s there somewhere Well I might be there painting this very scene Why not have your family, pet have’s home or business painted into your favourite scene My preferred medium is Acrylic on Italian acrylic paper The paintings come mounted and framed
