Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I am so sorry to hear that you were unhappy with my communication ability. I admittedly phoned you on two occasions on the 9th Feb to let you know the work was on its way but had no response. I will, however, endeavor in the future to be more responsive. We (the sellers) also do not receive your email address so phoning you was my only other option but I will know for future to utilise text or a voice mail. Thank you again for this review.
