Thank you Joyce for the lovely review - this painting is a personal favourite of mine as it puts me in mind of my brother who died last year. Dedalus, the father of Icarus, was the great inventor of classical Greek myth and my brother was also an inventor of sorts and somehow those thoughts came together in this painting. I'm so glad it's found a good home.
