Hi Deanna, I'm sorry to hear this and wish you'd got in touch with me directly before leaving a review :( Your order was posted and I provided you with a tracking number. You haven't been in touch with me to let me know it hadn't arrived and the listing accuracy was not in question so I'm baffled as to why you've allocated 1 star for these? Delivery however, is in question but I'm afraid that's out of my control if I've no idea from the customer that the order hasn't arrived yet. I'm happy to chase the order up and see what's happened to it. This is the first time an original artwork sent from an Artfinder order has gone astray and I would have liked the opportunity to deal with it before receiving a very negative review. Kindest regards, Jilly ps - update - I've just tracked the Delivery number and here's what they say; Status: Delivery attempted A delivery was attempted for your item with reference RN186547377GB in UNITED STATES OF AMERICA before 15:25 on 30/11/15. Jilly's Art is very special, she has such a great style.....childlike; whimsical; faeryesque (I made that word up, but you know what I mean!), Hers is a true Artisan talent, she tints the paper and uses a quill; Jilly is a very interesting person and I find her Artwork fascinating, humorous and endearing. I loved this drawing as I am a 'cat person' and this drawing touched my heart. I got some great advice on a frame and matching mount, all in black, a winner.Thank you Jilly
