    I am a self-taught artist. I have been painting all my life for as long as I remember myself. My formal education is in mathematics. And for me, mathematics and art are closely connected. For example, geometry has always been one of my favorite areas of math; and what is visual arts if not applied geometry? We live in such a colorful world. For me, even music plays in color. I would love for people to see the beauty and colorfulness of the world around us.
